What information do you need from us to get started on a design project?
To kick off a project, we’ll need to understand your objectives, audience, and what success looks like for you. Supplying existing brand guidelines, logos, imagery, or copy helps us hit the ground running, but don’t worry if those aren’t available, we can help shape them with you. In our first conversation, we’ll clarify goals, deadlines, and deliverables so the process feels smooth and straightforward from day one.
How do you handle revisions and feedback during the design process?
We build collaboration into every stage of the project. You’ll have the chance to review designs through our online proofing system, making it easy to share feedback and keep track of changes. With three rounds of revisions included, we’ll refine the work until it meets your goals and feels right for your brand.
Can you help with content creation for our campaigns, or do you only handle design?
Our core strength is design, but we know that strong campaigns need great content too. That’s why we collaborate with experienced copywriters and content creators to support businesses when needed. Whether it’s campaign messaging, social content, or copy for brochures, we make sure words and visuals work seamlessly together for maximum impact.
How do you ensure cultural sensitivity in your designs?

Being based on the same site as Bishops Printers and our close relationship with our sister company, The Mailing People, means we can move quickly, get answers fast, and keep projects flowing smoothly. For urgent work, we’ll assess what’s possible upfront, adjust our workflow, and prioritise your needs to deliver on time without compromising quality.
