As a Creative Artworker you'll come from a previous artworking or designer position and will be ready to be hands-on from day one.

The work is varied so you’ll need to be passionate about the small tactical pieces as well as supporting the bigger projects with unwavering quality standards.

Given the fast-paced nature of work, the Studio are self-managed, with the Creative Services team responsible for managing the delivery requirements for multiple clients and internal departments. The right candidate will be able to work with our clients and interpret briefs from multiple sources. The workflow and asset management is managed using Proof HQ. Experience of this systems would be an advantage, but not essential.

You will be working closely with the Senior Design Team, you will use your creative eye to take their concepts/visuals and applying them to multiple elements and see those through to final sign off and into print/production ready artwork.

A passion and desire to learn new skills and progress is essential. 

Skills & Experience (must have):

  • Aware of brands, trends, changes in media etc
  • Strong editorial and typographic skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) essential
  • Proven communication skills
  • Flair for illustration advantage, but not essential
  • Experience in Newsletters
  • Technically accomplished with experience in:
    • Branding and Identity
    • Brochures
    • Programmes and Guides
    • Prospectuses
    • Direct Mail Campaigns
    • Annual Reports 
  • Proven grasp of working within brand guidelines with flair
  • At least 3 years in a busy agency environment
