Parador

The client

Parador is a global interior brand specialising in high-quality flooring and interior surface solutions. Founded in Germany in 1977, the brand is now available in over 80 countries with showrooms worldwide.

Parador’s product range includes parquet, laminate and vinyl flooring, alongside wall and ceiling panel systems for residential and commercial spaces. Craftsmanship, design expertise and high production standards sit at the core of the brand, alongside a strong commitment to sustainability through responsible sourcing and considered production processes.

The brief

Parador were looking for a design partner to support the ongoing creation of brand and product materials across multiple audiences, including B2A, B2B and B2C communications. The work needed to maintain accuracy, consistency and brand integrity across every touchpoint.

Initial requirements included product brochures, sample folders, instruction sheets and presentation templates, each with a defined role within Parador’s wider sales, marketing and internal communications. The early stages of the relationship began with smaller, clearly scoped projects, allowing Parador to assess our ability to interpret their brand, manage detail-heavy content and deliver to tight deadlines.

Our approach

We structured the work around a phased, scalable approach, starting with defined projects and building a consistent system that could support increasing volume, complexity and multilingual content across the brand.

Building trust through delivery

The relationship began with smaller projects designed to test our ability to handle Parador’s design standards, accuracy requirements and deadline-driven delivery. As trust grew, the scope expanded into more complex and business-critical work.

A core part of the ongoing work involves product range brochures with complex layouts and multilingual content. Clear hierarchy and structured layout systems were used to ensure the materials remain easy to use and consistent across markets.

We supported the creation of key brand and product assets including brochures, sample folders, instruction sheets and presentation templates. Each piece was designed to work within Parador’s wider communications ecosystem, maintaining a consistent brand experience across touchpoints.

Extending the Brand

Beyond core product materials, we created the visual direction for Parador’s sustainability editorial design. This system has since been rolled out across product brochures to provide a consistent way of communicating environmental commitments.

Alongside this, we developed a dedicated visual identity for Parador Podcast — an internal video format, including a bespoke logo and short animated sequence aligned with the wider brand.

Results & next steps

Since August 2025, our partnership with Parador has developed into an ongoing collaboration, with The Graphic Design House supporting multiple projects simultaneously across the brand. From multilingual product brochures to detailed installation guides, the work is built around clarity, consistency and high production standards.

With established design systems now in place, including sustainability-led editorial styling and flexible document structures, Parador is supported with materials that can scale internationally while maintaining brand integrity across every output.
